Constitution BD ("the App") is developed and published by Ayar IT. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

We respect your privacy.
Constitution BD does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal information.
The App does not require user registration or login and does not request or collect:

Email address
Phone number
Home or mailing address
Device location
Contacts
Photos or videos
Files
Payment information
Any other personally identifiable information
The App also does not use advertising networks, analytics services, tracking SDKs, profiling technologies, or cookies.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
To provide certain features, the App may store the following information locally on your device only:
Bookmarked Constitution articles
Personal notes
Reading history
Reading progress
Quiz scores
Selected language preference
App settings
This information remains on your device and is never uploaded to Ayar IT or any server operated by us.
3. Constitution Content
The Constitution of Bangladesh and related reference information are included within the App for convenient offline reading.
Disclaimer: This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government entity. The content is sourced from the official Government of Bangladesh website:
Constitution BD is an independent educational and reference application.
The App does not provide legal advice. For the latest and legally authoritative version of the Constitution, users should always verify the information through the official Government source.
4. PDF Export and Sharing
The App allows you to export Constitution articles as PDF files and share them.
PDF files are generated entirely on your device.
Content is shared only after you choose a destination using your device's system share menu.
Any third-party application you choose (such as Gmail, WhatsApp, Messenger, Google Drive, etc.) may process the shared content according to its own Privacy Policy.
Ayar IT has no control over how third-party applications handle your shared information.
5. External Links
The App may open external websites or services, including:
Google Play Store
Official Government website
Other Ayar IT applications
Once you leave the App, the privacy practices of those websites or services apply.
We encourage you to review their respective Privacy Policies.
6. Permissions
The App is designed to work without requesting unnecessary sensitive permissions.
Android system components may be used only when you choose to:
Export a PDF
Share content
Open external links
The App does not request permissions to access your:
Contacts
Camera
Microphone
SMS
Call logs
Location
Calendar
unless such permissions are added in future versions and clearly disclosed.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
All user-created data remains stored only on your device until you:
Delete notes
Remove bookmarks
Clear the App's storage
Uninstall the App
Because Ayar IT never receives or stores this information on its servers, deleted information cannot be recovered.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for general educational and informational purposes.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 or from any other users.
9. Security
Your locally stored information is protected using the storage mechanisms provided by your device's operating system.
Although no method of electronic storage is completely secure, we reduce privacy risks by not collecting or transmitting personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:
New App features
Changes in applicable laws
Google Play policy updates
Improvements to our privacy practices

১. আমরা যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
আমরা আপনার গোপনীয়তাকে সম্মান করি।
Constitution BD কোনো ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ, সংরক্ষণ, প্রেরণ, বিক্রি, ভাড়া বা অন্য কারও সঙ্গে শেয়ার করে না।
অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের জন্য কোনো নিবন্ধন বা লগইন প্রয়োজন হয় না।

৩. সংবিধানের বিষয়বস্তু
বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান ও সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য অফলাইনে পড়ার সুবিধার জন্য অ্যাপে সংযুক্ত রয়েছে।
দাবিত্যাগ: এই অ্যাপটি কোনো সরকারি সংস্থার সঙ্গে অনুমোদিত বা সমর্থিত নয়। এর বিষয়বস্তু সরকারি ওয়েবসাইট bdlaws.minlaw.gov.bd থেকে সংগ্রহ করা হয়েছে।
অ্যাপটি একটি স্বাধীন শিক্ষামূলক ও তথ্যভিত্তিক রেফারেন্স অ্যাপ।
এটি কোনো আইনগত পরামর্শ প্রদান করে না। সর্বশেষ ও আইনগতভাবে প্রামাণ্য তথ্যের জন্য ব্যবহারকারীকে সরকারি উৎস যাচাই করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
৪. PDF Export ও শেয়ার
অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে PDF তৈরি ও শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণ আপনার ডিভাইসেই সম্পন্ন হয়।
আপনি নিজে Share অপশন নির্বাচন করার পরেই তথ্য অন্য অ্যাপে পাঠানো হয়।
আপনি যে Third-party App নির্বাচন করবেন, সেটি তাদের নিজস্ব Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী তথ্য পরিচালনা করবে।

অ্যাপ থেকে নিচের ধরনের বাহ্যিক লিংক খোলা হতে পারে—

অ্যাপের বাইরে গেলে সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়েবসাইটের Privacy Policy প্রযোজ্য হবে।
৬. অনুমতি (Permissions)
অ্যাপের মূল কার্যকারিতার জন্য কোনো সংবেদনশীল Permission প্রয়োজন হয় না।

ইত্যাদির জন্য Android-এর System Component ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
অ্যাপটি Camera, Microphone, Contacts, SMS, Location বা Call Log-এর অনুমতি চায় না।
৭. তথ্য সংরক্ষণ ও মুছে ফেলা
আপনার তৈরি তথ্য আপনার ডিভাইসেই সংরক্ষিত থাকে যতক্ষণ না আপনি—
Note মুছে ফেলেন
Bookmark মুছে ফেলেন
App Storage Clear করেন
App Uninstall করেন
এই তথ্য আমাদের সার্ভারে সংরক্ষিত হয় না, তাই মুছে গেলে পুনরুদ্ধার করা সম্ভব নয়।
৮. শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা
অ্যাপটি একটি সাধারণ শিক্ষামূলক ও তথ্যভিত্তিক অ্যাপ।
আমরা জেনেশুনে শিশু বা অন্য কোনো ব্যবহারকারীর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।
৯. নিরাপত্তা
আপনার তথ্য আপনার ডিভাইসের নিরাপদ স্টোরেজ ব্যবস্থায় সংরক্ষিত হয়।
কোনো ইলেকট্রনিক পদ্ধতি শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়; তবে আমরা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ বা প্রেরণ না করে গোপনীয়তার ঝুঁকি সর্বনিম্ন রাখি।
১০. এই নীতির পরিবর্তন
অ্যাপের নতুন ফিচার, আইনগত পরিবর্তন বা Google Play Policy অনুযায়ী এই Privacy Policy সময়ে সময়ে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
পরিবর্তিত সংস্করণে নতুন "সর্বশেষ হালনাগাদ" তারিখ উল্লেখ থাকবে।
